This means cleaner layouts, easier access to advanced options, and a more streamlined process for creating and managing your backup scripts. We are building the new UI from the ground up to make your backup tasks faster and more enjoyable.
Deeper Automation & Advanced Scheduling
We want to make RoboCopyGUI a true “set it and forget it” solution. To achieve this, we are planning a major expansion of our automation and scheduling features.
Imagine being able to trigger backups not just at a specific time, but based on specific events, like connecting an external hard drive. We are exploring more granular scheduling options (e.g., “run on the second Tuesday of every month”) and post-backup actions, like sending a detailed email summary after a job is completed. Our aim is to give you even more control to build a truly automated and robust backup strategy.
